What we found
The tiled roof showed widespread lichen and organic build-up, with some areas far more heavily covered than others. The nearby roof sections and curved covered walkway also meant the work had to be planned around the actual property rather than treated as one simple open roof.
How Sunflow approached it
We looked at the roof material, condition and surrounding areas, then carried out the clean section by section. The progress photograph shows the team working across the different surfaces while the heavier growth remained visible on the tiled section.
The visible result
The finished photographs show the red tiles clearly again and a major improvement in the overall appearance of the roof. Roof cleaning improves the surface appearance; any repairs, waterproofing or coating work remain separate decisions for the appropriate specialist.
