Commercial solar-panel cleaning
Sunflow cleans eligible low-rise commercial arrays using professional Kärcher solar-panel cleaning equipment and a non-abrasive process. Proposals consider panel count, array layout, roof zones, access controls, working hours, surface condition and the need to avoid disruption. Cleaning does not include electrical testing, repairs, panel removal or performance guarantees.
Commercial gutter cleaning
The gutter scope covers debris removal from accessible channels, clearing accessible outlet entries and collection of removed material. Roof drainage repairs and fully blocked underground systems are identified separately because they may require a gutter contractor or plumber.
Site eligibility and safety
Sunflow currently accepts single- and double-storey buildings only. Every site remains subject to safe access, suitable weather and an assessment of roof pitch, edge conditions and surface stability. Where the proposed method is not safe, we do not proceed.
What to include in your enquiry
- Site address and building use
- Number of storeys and roof-access information
- Panel count, roof plans or recent photographs
- Operating hours and restricted work periods
- Required service records or stakeholder reporting
- Whether one building or a wider portfolio is involved
Recurring maintenance
Service intervals should reflect the site rather than an arbitrary calendar. Solar exposure, dust, salt, birds and production monitoring inform panel-cleaning decisions; leaf fall, roof grit and the winter rainfall cycle inform gutter timing. We can propose practical review points after understanding the property.
