Information you choose to provide
When you email Sunflow or use the quote form, you may provide your name, telephone number, email address, property address or suburb, service requirements, roof photographs and access notes. We use this information to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, plan eligible work and maintain appropriate service records.
Google Analytics
Sunflow uses Google Analytics 4 to understand website traffic and improve useful content. Analytics loads only after you choose “Allow analytics” in the website notice. It may collect information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, referral source and interactions with the website. Sunflow does not intentionally send names, email addresses, telephone numbers or property addresses to Google Analytics.
Your analytics choice
Your choice is stored in your browser so the website can remember it. If you decline, the analytics tag is not loaded. You can change the choice by clearing this website's local storage or browser site data, after which the notice will appear again.
How information is shared
Sunflow does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that support email, website hosting, analytics, quoting or business administration, subject to their applicable terms and safeguards. Information may also be disclosed where legally required.
Retention and security
Enquiry and service information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for quoting, customer service, operational records, legal obligations and legitimate business administration. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet or email service can promise absolute security.
